To complete a purchase during checkout, please enter your name and billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card and credit card statement. We can only ship to the registered address of the particular credit card you are using. If these two don't match, using a different card might be the quickest solution, which will allow us to process your purchase.  

 

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase for a credit or refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.

To process a refund, please use the Return/Exchange Form included in your order. Please mail it, along with your invoice (or a copy) and your returned merchandise. Our mailing address is:

A copy or original invoice MUST be shipped back with your purchase. You can expect a credit to your account within the 14 business days (after we have received and processed your return). Credit can only be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase.
